The Spicy Cure for New Flashing Options
The RedPepper is DCC’s most advanced freestanding quartz flash cure system, designed to fit most press brands with its universal build. An adjustable sensor activates the flash as the pallet approaches, while medium-wave quartz lamps deliver powerful, even heating. The system features three independently controlled flashing zones, a digital timer, and automatic temperature-based shutdown to prevent over-flashing and fabric shrinkage. A reflector array with forced-air heat exchange ensures consistent curing, and smooth-locking casters provide easy mobility.
