Phthalate-free Plastisol ink is the most popular and efficient pigment used in garment printing. It’s opaque, easy to print, doesn’t dry in the screen, and adheres well to cotton, polyester, nylon, Lycra, and Spandex. Developed by DCC in partnership with Rutland Plastic Technologies (USA), these inks deliver vibrant, durable prints on dark and light garments. Unlike traditional dyes, Plastisol forms a strong mechanical bond by wrapping around fabric fibers.
Do not dry in the screen and can be left in the screen for extended periods of time without clogging the mesh.
It is ready to use right out of the container more than 90% of the time.
In most applications, it can be printed wet-on-wet, which allows for increased production speeds.
It comes in formulations that can be printed on light and dark fabrics.
And, in most municipalities, the disposal of waste plastisol is a very simple process.
Ideal for screen printing on Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, Lycra & Spandex.
